Please ensure that you have confirmed your booking via email or over the phone prior to attending. Any cancellations must be made more than 1 working day in advance of your appointment or else a charge will be incurred.
Prior to your first appointment, you will be asked to fill out a medical online via a link in an email. Please ensure that this is completed before attending where possible. When you arrive at the practice you may be asked if there have been any changes to your medical – if there are updates, please bring along a list of any prescriptions you have to ensure our records are accurate.
Patients with specific needs, e.g those with visual or hearing impairments, shall be catered for individually. Please let us know what your individual needs are.
Please be advised that our dental chairs have a maximum patient weight limit of 135kg. If you are above this weight please let our staff know and we will be happy to assist with making suitable arrangements for your treatment.
